I Will Not Beg For Mercy
Poem
I can’t remember anything,
the day, the night the faces,
was it rum or vodka in my glass,
or it was your poison, your eyes.
As the sun is shining blindingly,
I thank the Gods I was too drunk,
never could I stand your words
’cause they’re hollow, voiceless birds.
Past, present, future…
They’re trying to deceive me,
to distract me from my goal,
make me weak and wanna crawl,
and beg you for some mercy.
No, it’s not gonna happen, trust me!
