The Fear Of Fear

Poem

it freezes you to the point
you can only think
what if

it catches you when
you wake up from a dream
and stops your breath

it smiles at you
when you try to relax
and not think of tomorrow

it brings you tears
shivers and cold
while waiting

one cannot leave
without fear
but still

one has to fight
to defeat his brother
the fear of fear
