Beneath
It would be impossible to reach you across this ocean
As Pangaea broke apart like these sheets parted, turned over
The waves crashing in my mind not allowing for any
Sleep that kept me awake barely pulling me in with the undertow
Drowning in slumber, suffocating while awake
Our emotions like the titans
Dividing us further while I wake
And you sleep
