Eagerness

Poem

eagerness
to fly and hit the wall
break the bricks
create a window to look through
and see the world
that’s me

there is something in my brain
that makes me stare
and investigate
the reality
as a dream to wake up from

eagerness
to create a house
full of unwritten stories
and suns to rise
every hour of the day

there is a dull pain
inside my heart
full of fear
that there will never be
enough time
to smile

eagerness to love
and live
in a world
where everything is possible
and my wish isn’t a wish
but a plan
