Poem

There is a beauty in sadness.
It can teach us how to gain tranquility in just ourselves.
Takes us back to the basics.
Makes us see what hasn’t been seen before.
Urges us to question the world for a change.
Sadness makes us temporarily fragile and infantile,
Yet is a battle that if well fought can raise us to a higher elevation than before.
