My Favorite Getaway

Poem

Inside a cocoon of waterfalls
Silence and wonder fill the car
A forest of wind, a rush of rain
Bubbles flying in the air
A quiet and crisp Zen meditation
Circling optical illusions
Water droplets racing down the window pane
Refreshing world all to your own
A shelter in the storm
This is my favorite getaway
I can have a car wash ride
any day.
