All I learned from life
is you never know
what’s about to follow,
what’s true and real,
when it’s gonna rain,
when the time will stop,
if your smile will last
or turn into a mask of tears,
if the sun will shine
or burn you like a beacon.
You never know.
When your summer ends.
When winter starts to blow.
You never know.
All I learned from life.
